Terms and Conditions

Refunds, Make-Up Lessons and Cancellations

• There are no refunds on the Learn To Swim Program unless a medical certificate is obtained by a GP.
• If your child is unable to attend a lesson, please contact the pool before the scheduled lesson time to arrange a make-up lesson.
• Makeups are subject to availability and limited to 2 per term.
• If you are unable to take advantage of make-up days/times offered, we are unable to credit your account or carry the make-up into the following term.
• Make-ups are limited to the child that is sick only.
• Any non-attendance without notice is classed as a no show and is not eligible for a make-up lesson.
• Cancelling a make-up lesson or non-attendance of a make-up lesson results in a forfeit of the lesson and you will not be eligible for a replacement make-up lesson.

Medical Release and Declaration

I authorize the teachers to obtain medical assistance, which they deem necessary should an accident occur, and agree to pay all medical expenses incurred on behalf of the above student and carer. I submit the attached medical information about my child and include other relevant information and details of limitations which he/she has for the activity concerned. I further authorize qualified practitioners to administer anesthetic if such an eventuality arises.

Privacy policy

I understand that the information I have provided is collected and held in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act. I understand that the information I have provided is necessary for the service to be provided. I acknowledge and agree that the information will only be used to facilitate the service and to advise me of matters relation to the service. I understand that I will be able to access and alter information that has been supplied. I acknowledge that if I do not wish to receive promotional material I must advise in writing.

An adult must be in attendance at all times with any child under the age of 12.
